OSHKOSH, Wis. (Jan. 12, 2025) – The Osceola Magic (2-4) couldn’t overcome a slow start and dropped a 139-118 contest to the Wisconsin Herd (2-4) on Sunday afternoon. The Magic cut a 31-point deficit to 10 early in the fourth quarter but couldn’t slow down the Herd’s offense down the stretch.

Wisconsin forward Chris Livingston scored a career-high 35 points on 10-of-14 shooting from the field and 4-of-7 from behind the arc. Terence Davis recorded a 12-point, 10-rebound double-double. AJ Johnson tallied 21 points on 9-of-15 shooting for the home team.

The Magic’s bench once again led the way with Javonte Smart and Alex Morales doing the heavy lifting on offense. Smart led with 23 points shooting 50 percent from the field and recorded eight assists. After missing the last two games with a leg injury, Morales scored 22 points on 9-of-13 shooting and brought down seven rebounds.
