Welcome to the Osceola Magic! Here's everything you need to know to make the most of your visit.

GAMEDAY ESSENTIALS:

• Venue Address: Silver Spurs Arena, 1875 Silver Spur Ln, Kissimmee, FL 34744
• Game Day Schedule: Doors open one hour before tip-off.
• Parking Information: Ample parking is available on-site. Standard parking is $10.
• Ticket Policy: All attendees (including children over 2) must have a ticket.

BAG POLICY:

While guests are encouraged to leave bags behind, the following bag types are permitted:
• Clear bag no larger than 12' x 6" x 12"
• Small clutch or purse no larger than 4.5" x 8"
• Larger bags will not be permitted inside the building

Bags NOT approved for entry:
• Backpacks
• Binoculars case
• Camera Case
• Large Purses
• Mesh Bag
• Oversized Totes
• Duffle Bags

PROHIBITED ITEMS

We ask all guest to arrive early and travel light, as you may be subject to search, which includes metal-detecting hand wands upon entry. For safety reasons, prohibited items include but are not limited to:
• Alcohol, drugs, illegal substances or any paraphernalia associated with drug use.
• Weapons and/or Firearms
• Audio/Video recorders, professional cameras, tripods
• Cans, bottles, coolers or other similar containers
• Drones
• Fireworks
• Flags/signs with poles
• Laser pens/pointers of any type
• Noisemakers such as air horns
• Outside food or beverages
• Oversized bags, backpacks, duffel bags
• Pepper spray/mace
• Any other item deemed unacceptable by event/building management

If an item is revealed during a search, patrols may dispose of the item or they may return the item to their vehicle. Osceola Heritage Park and it's venues do not safeguard any personal belongings or items of any type.

PARKING INFORMATION:

Where to Park
• Venue Parking Lots:
Parking is available at the Silver Spurs Arena. Follow the signs to the designated parking lots.
o Standard Parking: $10 per vehicle.

Payment Options
• Cash and major credit/debit cards are accepted at the parking entrances.
• Pre-paid parking passes can be purchased through our website or ticketing platform.

Accessible Parking
• Accessible parking is available in all lots, closest to the arena entrance.
• Vehicles must display a valid handicap placard or license plate.

Parking Tips
• Arrive early to secure the best spots and avoid traffic congestion.
• Allow extra time for security checks and entry.

Ride Share and Drop-Off Zone
• A designated ride share pick-up and drop-off zone is located near the main entrance for services like Uber and Lyft.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Is smoking permitted?

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in all public areas at Silver Spurs Arena. Designated smoking areas are located throughout Osceola Heritage Park.

Does Silver Spurs Arena have a lost and found?

During an event, you may inquire about lost or found items at any Guest Services location. For inquiries following an event, please call 321-697-3333 during normal business hours.

How much is parking?

Parking for all Osceola Magic home games is $10.

Do you have special needs accommodations?

Accessible seats are available in all levels of Silver Spurs Arena. Please indicate when buying tickets if you require accessible seating. Wheelchair service and check-in is available.

Is there a re-entry policy?

For your safety, re-entry is strictly prohibited.
