Mike Sain

Mike Sain II serves as the Manager of Basketball Operations for the Osceola Magic, where he manages team operations and logistics, providing key support for players, coaches, and staff. Before joining the Osceola Magic, Mike worked in the NBA League Offices, initially as an intern before moving to a project employee role in player development. He also served in basketball operations at SLASH Sports and Entertainment, representing clients domestically and internationally, and worked as an high school athletic director within Columbus City Schools in his hometown of Columbus.

Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & Economics from Eureka College and a Master’s Degree in Sport Administration from Kent State University. Introduced to basketball by his father, Mike developed a lifelong passion for the game.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing fetch with his dog, Winston, and spending time with his wife, Katie, with whom he has been together for 12 years and married for six.
