Lizzie Lagarde

Lizzie Lagarde is the Basketball Operations Coordinator for the Osceola Magic, supporting the front office, coaching staff, and players in daily operations, from scouting and practice support to event and game logistics.

Lagarde brings recent experience from her role as Graduate Manager for the Duke Women’s Basketball team, where she gained hands-on skills in team operations, film analysis, and player development. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Auburn University and a Master’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Duke University.

Lagarde’s love for basketball began at age six when she practiced tirelessly on an old driveway hoop, sparking a lifelong passion. Her dream player to coach would be Magic Johnson, whose dynamic style inspires her. Outside basketball, she’s a music enthusiast, often unwinding with her favorite tunes.
