Where can I buy tickets?

What items are prohibited from the arena?

BAG POLICY:

While guests are encouraged to leave bags behind, the following bag types are permitted:

Clear bag no larger than 12' x 6" x 12"

Bags NOT approved for entry:

Backpacks

We ask all guest to arrive early and travel light, as you may be subject to search, which includes metal-detecting hand wands upon entry. For safety reasons, prohibited items include but are not limited to:

Alcohol, drugs, illegal substances or any paraphernalia associated with drug use.

If an item is revealed during a search, patrols may dispose of the item or they may return the item to their vehicle. Osceola Heritage Park and it's venues do not safeguard any personal belongings or items of any type.

Is smoking permitted?

Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in all public areas at Silver Spurs Arena. Designated smoking areas are located throughout Osceola Heritage Park.

Does Silver Spurs Arena have a lost and found?

During an event, you may inquire about lost or found items at any Guest Services location. For inquiries following an event, please call 321-697-3333 during normal business hours.

How much is parking?

Parking for all Osceola Magic home games is $10.

Do you have special needs accommodations?

Accessible seats are available in all levels of Silver Spurs Arena. Please indicate when buying tickets if you require accessible seating. Wheelchair service and check-in is available.

Is there a re-entry policy?

For your safety, re-entry is strictly prohibited.
